SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY

1. Digital services only

Austin Roy, trading as Rampant Cortex^™ ("we", "us"), provides digital services, as described on the website and in your order. We work remotely from India for clients worldwide. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.

2. How we deliver

We deliver reports and other deliverables by email to the address in your order, or through a secure shared link, such as a Google Drive link. The format is stated in your order. Any meetings take place online by Google Meet. We will email you when we have delivered.

3. How an audit works and when it is delivered

1. You sign or accept the client agreement and order.
2. You pay 100% of the fee in advance.
3. We email you our request for information (RFI) for the materials we need. Work on your order starts once steps 1 to 3 are done.
4. You send us the information asked for in the RFI, such as your website, target market and competitors.
5. After we receive your RFI response, we share the question list for the audit. You may comment on it within 2 working days. If you do not comment within that time, the list is treated as approved.
6. We deliver the report within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your payment and the information we need.

A 48-hour rush delivery is available on request, at an additional cost quoted at the time, subject to our availability.

Delivery times are good-faith estimates. If information we need from you arrives late or is incomplete or inaccurate, the timeline extends accordingly. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages or changes of third-party artificial intelligence (AI) platforms. "Working days" and "business days" mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in India.

4. If you have not received your delivery

Please check your spam or junk folder, then email connect@rampantcortex.com with your order number. We will resend the delivery or a new link promptly.

5. After delivery

Within 5 business days after delivery, you may tell us by email if the report materially fails to meet your order. One round of revisions or clarifications, requested within the same 5 business days, is included free of charge. If you do not contact us within that time, the report is treated as accepted. A re-test that needs fresh data is a paid re-test under an updated order.

Each report is a point-in-time snapshot of the results we observed on the run dates stated in it. AI engines are run by third parties and their answers change constantly.

6. Keeping your copy

Please download and keep your own copy of your deliverables. We keep audit data for 12 months after delivery of the report and then delete it, so shared links may stop working after that time.

7. Agencies

Agencies buying at wholesale are covered by our Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) Agency Reseller Terms, which set their own delivery arrangements. In an agency order for more than one audit, work on each audit starts when we email the RFI for that audit.
