The founder
I'm Austin Roy, founder of Rampant Cortex™, and I've always been the creative one in the room. My roots are in marketing: naming brands, designing logos, writing brand playbooks, shaping visual identities and running campaigns that get people talking. These days I'm learning how AI platforms interact with people and choose the best answers for them, and this is where it all comes together.
Why I started
I'm a foodie. Mexican, Arabian, Chinese, you name it, I have a shortlist of places I keep going back to. One favourite is a small Indo-Chinese restaurant near my home. It's always packed, and you need a reservation just to get in.
At a party, I recommended it to a close friend. He came back a little puzzled: when he asked an AI assistant for the best Chinese restaurants in the area, it didn't come up at all.
It only showed up when he searched for it by name. A place that full, that loved, and invisible to AI. That's when Rampant Cortex™ began. My very first GEO audit was for that restaurant, and it's now our sample report.
